The following are the current acceptance terms, which may be revised by the Association's Board of Directors from time to time without notice.
This website provides secure access to neighborhood information and community related events for homeowners. Unauthorized users are not approved for entry. By logging on to this website, you agree with the following stipulations:
Message Boards will be monitored periodically and any inappropriate messages of any kind will be removed and could result in revocation of an individual's message board privileges. This will be at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
Information found in the address book is for homeowner use only and is not to be redistributed or published in any way.
Website users agree to indemnify and hold the Association, and its subsidiaries, committee volunteers, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, agents or employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content any individual submitted, posted to or transmitted through the Association website, any individual's use of the website, any individual's violation of the terms, or any individual's violation of any rights of another.
