Fitness Center

The spacious Hamlin Fitness Center is a nicely equipped cardiovascular and strength training facility. 
This neighborhood gym features treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical trainers, and multi-range free weights, physio balls, and stretch 
bands to heighten your workout. 
Digital flat screen TVs and stereo surround built-in speakers ease you through your workout regimen. 
Hamlin residents have security key access to the fitness center at their convenience. 
The center is centrally located next to the Hamlin Plantation Clubhouse and pool. Definitely a special place to 
keep fit with neighbors and friends in this exclusive setting.

Boat Storage

Store your boat on-site at the designated boat storage area located within Hamlin Plantation. There are 49 spaces in an enclosed locked lot, 
where renters have key access 24/7. Anyone interested in getting on the list should contact the POA office.
